How to Enjoy Your Massage
(Un)Dress the Part
Unless the service description specifies that your massage is received clothed, you can undress to your comfort level. You will be draped with a sheet throughout the service. For services that are received clothed, shorts and a T-shirt are ideal.
Talk with your therapist
Before your massage begins, tell your therapist which areas you would like to focus on, and any areas to be avoided. During your massage, let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Communication is the key to getting the massage you want.
Which massage is right for me?
For most beginners we recommend the light relaxing pressure of the Swedish Massage. If you feel you need to work out some knots and tension, step up to the Deep Tissue, or if you’re wanting to try something new, then try a Riverstone, La-Stone, or A-Shiatsu.

Spa Etiquette
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled service so you can prepare for your spa experience. A 24 hour cancellation notice is requested for all services. If late, we will accommodate you to the best of our ability, but your service may have to be shortened. All treatment times are approximate.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included. To show your appreciation to the staff, gratuities are welcome.
Draping Policy
For a massage, you can undress to your comfort level. Some people undress completely and you will be covered with a sheet at all times. Only the specific area being worked on will be exposed.
Return Policy
Within 30 days, any unused item may be returned for a full refund with a receipt of purchase. Any used item may only be refunded at managers discretion.
Rewards Program
A fun incentive that rewards loyal clients. Your points convert to discounts on services & retail purchases to be used at any Riversong location. Each points campaign ends Oct. 31 of every year. Points are non-transferable & non-negotiable for cash.
